Paid Account--Layout help?

Finally got a paid account on here (so many new icons! Yay!), which means, I want to change my layout. (Yes, I know. Again.) But this time, I'd really like to get away from all the premade ones and have a layout actually designed for this journal. Since, with the paid account, I can do that now. (Again: Yay!)

The problem? I have no idea how to design a layout.

Is there anyone on my flist who knows how to design layouts and is willing to help me out? Or if not that--anyone know where I can find someone to design me one?

I'm already working on my header images. (Yes, images.) I want to rotate header images just like I'm doing for this layout now, only this time I'm bringing all of my favorite fandoms into it. The headers will all have the same designs, but different people as the main image. I'm really liking what I've got, and I know how the coding for the rotating images works, I just have no idea where to even start with the layout.

Help?

Sorry, can't help myself. As for designing a layout, I'm adding post to my LJ memories. The last one for now is by ruthenia_alba. If you don't get an answer here, maybe she'll know somebody / a comm. (Not sure if she does it herself, designing a special design for one.)
