It's finished!! I can't tell you how excited I am to be posting this. It's been months of downloading and converting video files, months of planning this vid out, and about two weeks working on it. The actual vidding would have gone a lot faster if my computer would have stopped crashing all the time though. *sigh* Stupid Adobe Premiere. So frustrating.

Anyway. Like I said, I've been wanting to vid to this song for months now, but then the finale happened and there was all that Impala love in it, and I just had to redo the whole plan. So here it is, the first video I've made in a year (which meant I had to relearn everything I learned before. Especially when it came to things like aspect ratio, exporting, codecs and converting. Gah. What a pain.). Hope you like. :) Credits at the end of the vid.

Think I'm gonna start vidding again, now that I've got a new external hard drive to save my video files on. I've started rebuilding my clip library already. I wasn't able to get anything off my old one, which means not only do I have to convert bits from five seasons of Supernatural, but if I ever want to make Buffy videos again I have to go back and rip and convert all those DVDs. *sigh*

I think I'll just focus on Supernatural right now.

I don't have any songs in mind yet, (just a general urge to vid) so if anybody on my flist has some music they really love and want to share or a specific song you think would make a great Supernatural video I'd love to know what it is. :)

Gah! It's driving me up the wall! I seriously want to start making fanvids again, but I can't because all my video clips were on my external hard drive (including the ones for the fanvids I was in the middle of making. Ugh.) and even though I could do the whole DVD ripping, clip making process over again, (sigh) I don't have the space!

I'm really going crazy here. I keep listening to a song, planning out the vid for it and then realizing that I can't do anything with those plans. It's frustrating and depressing. :( Especially since I've started watching Supernatural. I really want to make some vids for that show. There's so much beautiful angst to play with.

Speaking of which, I just watched last night's episode.

I just got an e-mail that my fic "Pause" has been nominated at the Spuffy Awards for Best Short, Best Buffy Characterization and Best Spike Characterization. Wow! And that was just supposed to be some itty bitty drabble!

Thank you to whoever nominated me! *big hug*

Also, I entered two of my Spuffy videos at Sunnydale Stories. Ending won Best Tearjerker as well as Runner Up in Best Seasonal and Best Angst. If Tomorrow Never Comes was Runner Up in Best Couple.

So, my internet life is going happily, and I'm writing again, so that's good. Now if only real life could catch on...

Edited by: Aisalynn
Characters, Pairing: Spike/Buffy
Song Used: "Last Night On Earth" by Delta Goodrem

A/N: Made for . Today is my posting day. I'll more things to post later.

Sorry about the poor quality in some places. The internet keeps cutting out here on campus and the higher quality file took too long to upload. I had to go with a smaller file. I'd recomend watching this in HQ.

I just finished the fanvideo for [livejournal.com profile] seasonal_spuffy . How have I managed to restrain myself from uploading it and posting it right away? By working on another video the second this one finished exporting out of Premiere.

It's two a.m. That means its the seventh right? That means I only have a week until my day. I can do that. I can wait a week. Sure. No problem. *glances around nervously*

Patience is a virtue, right?

So, I'm nearly finished with the Spuffy fanvid I've been making for [livejournal.com profile] seasonal_spuffy, I've only got two scenes I need to add, but I have to wait and get my friend's DVD's so I can rip them to my computer. I really thought it would take longer than this, but it seems things go a lot faster now that I know how to do a lot of the effects I want to. It's so much easier when you can do what was originally in your head rather than fighting with the program to figure out a reasonable alternative.

The bad thing about finishing it so soon (I still have like, a month until my day) is that I am a very impatient person. The temptation to just go ahead an post it somewhere is going to drive me mad. So I need to keep busy. And since I am still in a fanvidding mood, I really want to work on another.

I just don't have song in mind.

What I need is something intense but with a good beat and pace. Preferably rock, but not something that is so popular that people are sick of hearing it. I've made a lot slow vids and I'd like to work on something faster.

Anyone have any suggestions? Any song that you think fits the Spuffy relationshp?

Title: Ending
Fandom: BtVS
Characters/Pairings: Spike/Buffy, Willow/Tara, some Anya/Xander and Dawn
Song Used: "It's Okay To Think About Ending" by Earlimart

A/N: Despite the video's name, this is not about the end of the show. It's about the things that changed and ended for the characters during season 6. There is, however, one clip from season seven that I forgot to take out when my concept for the video changed part way through. And I'm far too lazy to go back and change it now. Can you catch which scene it is?

I experimented a bit with this one. I'm still learning on how to use this editing program.

Edited: I just realized that the link I posted for the download doesn't actually go to the file it was supposed. That's fixed now.

Title: Get Love
Fandom: BtVS
Character/Pairing: Anya/Xander
Timeline: Season 6, Hells Bells

Summary: "I get it now. I finally get love. I really do."

A/N: So, I was rewatching Hells Bells and when Anya started reciting her vows it made me sad. So I made this little video. Not much to it, just an excuse to play around with some effects. I'm still getting used to this new program.

I get it now.  )

Title: Falling
Author: Aisalynn
Fandom: Doctor Who
Pairing: Nine/Rose with just a teeeeny bit of Ten/Rose
Warnings: None, unless you haven't seen the end of series 1.
Summary: A story about a beginning.

A/N: This was made because I love Nine, and because I got tired of writing/vidding about the end. YouTube was being retarded and kept screwing up the upload, so I had to find somewhere else to host the video. It was annoying.

So, my internet is working better, but its so sloooooooow. It's not cutting out on me though, so I could finally upload the video I made last week.

Hopefully everything will be better once the internet provider gives us a new modem. Pff. Going and updating everything without telling anyone. Pfff. *is not happy*

Here's another video. I had a lot of trouble with this one, I was experiementing with keeping the words and the music at the same time, and my computer kept freaking out on me. It kept freezing, and refusing to play the audio, and then finally, refusing to play the video period. I had to publish it without running through the whole thing again to make sure everything was alright. *sigh* Ah well, here it is.

So yeah, I made another one. Maybe its a bit excessive, making two fanvideos in two nights, considering how long it takes to make them (long time!), but it was fun. :) Even if my computer was being retarded and kept freezing while I tried to play back through the thing. *sigh*
