So, my internet is working better, but its so sloooooooow. It's not cutting out on me though, so I could finally upload the video I made last week.

Hopefully everything will be better once the internet provider gives us a new modem. Pff. Going and updating everything without telling anyone. Pfff. *is not happy*

Haha, same here! I just got into about a month ago. Now I'm practically obsessed with it! :)

Ha! Ditto! My friend brought her DVDs to my house when she came up to stay with me for a few days, and she was determined to get me hooked on DW. Well, it wasn't hard. And the first thing I did was fall head over heels for DT.

I'm about to start watching S4 online, since the DVD isn't out yet (I have DVD sets for S1-3 though), but I already spoiled myself and watched Journey's End on YouTube :P

Heh, I watched all four seasons on line. I just kept reading about Doctor Who and Torchwood on the fansites, and one night I was bored and figured, why not watch a few episodes, see if I like it?

And um, yeah, needless to say I did. So much that I CONSUMED four seasons of Who and two of Torchwood in about two weeks. (Apparently I have no life, though this doesn't seem to upset me much. ;) )

LOL, I wish I could have blown through faster than I did, but my boyfriend, Noah, likes to watch together, and he'll do maybe 3 episodes in a row, but after that it's 'ok, we'll watch some more tomorrow' *sigh*

We're looking into buying Torchwood S1, but today I heard that it isn't that great?? I thought it is though, because it's more of the "adult" version of Dr. Who? And besides, who can't resist Jack Harkness? ;) Obviously, David comes first on my list, but I do like me some Jack!

Yeah, it's a little bit darker, and more adult than Doctor Who. And it also seems to have way more relationship drama, but at a much faster pace, and not as epic.

But I like it. It has that darker quality that I love, that Doctor Who only touches on. (Though when it does, whew! Epic.)

I like darker, and I have wanted a bit more adult, so I'm pretty sure I'll like it. The first time I ever heard anything bad about it was today. Probably just some angry fan :P

Oh yes, ex: Doomsday. I cried. my. eyes. out. And, there are some other really dark/angsty moments in there too every once in a while. I love them.
