I'm hanging out in an empty room at the church my little sister works at right now--she watches kids for an hour and a half while their moms take a zumba class in the gym. She doesn't have her driver's license yet, and it's my turn to take her and then hang out until she's done--usually I just sit in the car with the radio and a book, or the portable DVD player my mom bought for my nephew, but today it's hot and I don't have AC in my car, so I brought my laptop inside.

And what am I doing while waiting for my sister to finish up? Working on the smut scene in my Big Bang fic.

This makes me snicker a little.

Yeah, I guess I am. But I was in the middle of writing it when my sister came in and told me I had to take her to work. Might as well continue while I've got the inspiration right?

HAHA that's okay, because I've done worse (ish?). My sister and I hung out a lot in each other's rooms, just did our own thing but sitting on opposite sides of the bed, and I'd be on my computer reading wincest and thinking "Man, this could get really awkward really fast". o.o

As long as she doesn't see it, you'll be fine. >.>

HAH. That's nothing. Last Saturday, at my brother's open house, with his friends and our family all around, I sat in the corner of the living room reading Merlin/Arthur porn. Last summer I wrote my first J2 fic sitting beside my mom by the pool. And no, none of them knew, that would be WAY more than awkward, homophobic that my family is.

But you know, I think writing a gay smut scene in an empty sunday school room at a church is a new low for me. *ponders this*

Haha it's just UGH :headdesk: reading incest fic around my sister. ~awkward. (Even though I'm pretty sure she's a closet wincest fangirl, so… o.o)

Haha, yeah. I always have to have another word doc open with some het or gen, so that I can click over real fast when they decide they want to read over my shoulder. My mother keeps hinting about how she wants to read what I was working on all last month (my big bang fic) and I keep having to come up with excuses for her not to. It's awkward.

And I totally get the sister thing. Now that mine watches supernatural with me I have to be very careful with what I read and write around her.
