Oh, my God this hurt my *chest* it was so painful to read. That absolute desolation that I could feel from Sam, because, what else was he supposed to do? Anything he had done wouldn't have been 'right', because Dean wasn't willing to hear it.
Awesome and awful and hurty and good, and I was so glad Dean finally had the epiphany that his thought about not being able to make it better- and the despair that went with that- was what Sam had been feeling all along.
I know angry sex can be hot but for me this was much more emotional and angsty than sexy. :P Don't know if that was your intention but if it was then it worked like whoa, for me. :)
I also vote for a continuation, if you're of a mind to-- I'd love to see them try and pick up the pieces from here.
