I always feel so sorry for that poor dog in that ridiculous costume every time I see it. I also feel pretty bad for poor frozen Sulu! I do agree that Star Trek esp TOS has a very hopeful outlook for the future which is a nice change of pace from some of the more "typical" sci-fi fare out there.
