New Friends!

So, thanks to the Supernatural friending meme, I've a got a lot of new friends. And I want to know about you. So come talk to me! Just comment on here with something about you, like, I don't know--how you got into the Supernatural fandom to begin with, or what you think would be the crackiest pairing or some opinions you have that you think are rather unpopular. Tell me what you usually post on your journal about or just babble at me about your family, your job, another fandom that you are currently in love with. Just anything.

(Maybe I should have found some kind of organized question meme or something.)

And this goes for my old friends--if you feel like babbling at me about something, babble away!

Hey! Like I said in my post, I got into this fandom at a friend's urging, though he's really quite a moderate fan. I'm not entirely sure he knows what to do with what he's unleashed :P I'd actually already been exposed to Wincest by then, most memorably through "The Incestuous Courtship of the Antichrist's Bride" (which only got funnier as I caught up to the canon - fleshflutter is so good!) I've only been hanging around this fandom for about six months, but my fannish history is much longer. I got my start with Redwall, then Star Trek :P

I have two younger brothers and a big fluffy dog, though my family lives on the other side of the country. I miss them a lot, but love where I am too.

That's about the same amount of time I've been in this fandom. I've been in fandom in general since I read the fourth Harry Potter book--I stumbled across some fanfiction for it one day, and fandom has pretty much taken over my life since.

I've got an older sister (by ten years) and younger brother and a younger sister, three dogs, two cats and two hermit crabs. But they all live an hour away, so here at my apartment it's just my two roommates and the piranha, Petey. But what I really want, pet wise, is a snake. :)

Yes, Supernatural definitely isn't my first fandom either. Those honours go to the Redwall books :P I spent many an hour gaily pretending to be various forest animals! Fic actually came later for me; roleplaying and fan sites is where I got my start.

Petey strikes me as a good name for a piranha, somehow. Also, a snake would be interesting! How do your roommates feel about the prospect?
