I have trouble writing actual smut, so a lot of my sex scenes are pretty brief on non specific.

Me too! Notice how artfully I cut away from the sex during TYSK, right? Like you know Spike and Buffy fucked each other's brains out but I just didn't want to go there. I dunno, it's almost like it's too easy to go there or it's too dirty. I sound prudish haha. I mean, I totally could write those scenes but I just didn't want to do that for my fic. I think I need the story to just be about the sex in order for me to really let it loose.

And yeah, it's a great structure to use. :)
