After the mad dash through the neighborhood, it's no wonder Jensen wakes up cranky at being snuggled by his loathsome kidnapper. Jeff walking in on the two struggling with those handcuffs was hysterical, and when they shared a laugh at the absurdity of it all, it felt like something softened in Jensen.

Of course he'd do his level best to keep the fact Jared is a lying kidnapper on simmer just so he can feel outraged and put upon. Jared actually being a good guy and a loving son is chipping away at that righteous anger. The fact he's gorgeous isn't helping matters either. It's wonderful.
