I don't know how I did it for so long. :| Part of it probably was that back then I participated in fandom at ffn, which is not NEARLY as crazy as lj, especially for HP.

Out of curiosity, what are your favorite ships for SPN? I'm not about to go postal on your ass if you "answer wrong" (no such thing) but just wondering. :)
