In my mind it has nothing to do with Dean and her's epic love or whatever, but Sam calling her and telling her that she'd need to take care of Dean after, because he couldn't.

Okay, that's my new personal canon. I really hope that she doesn't think this is ~true love~ because if she does she's in for a whole world of hurt.
